 的主要工藝順序：

    直接將攪拌好的漿料很均勻地澆注在鋼帶上烘烤（注：進(jìn)口鋼帶）烤熟后成為帶狀、到終端鏟落后接在冷卻輸送帶上進(jìn)行整片反轉(zhuǎn)后，進(jìn)行切條注奶油卷起來zui后按重量長度要求橫切斷，冷卻輸送到包裝區(qū)進(jìn)行包裝。

用本成套設(shè)備做軟蛋糕可不用模具，只要更換切刀和調(diào)節(jié)橫切刀的速度，蛋糕規(guī)格可調(diào)節(jié)。
